Compact, versatile, and ready for anything. This 180mm Bunka from the Hado Shiosai line combines the practicality of a shorter knife with the performance of premium SG2 stainless steel. It holds a razor sharp edge, resists corrosion, and glides through ingredients with ease.

The bunka profile offers a slightly taller heel with a 50mm blade height and a pointed tip for detailed work, making it an excellent choice for vegetables, proteins, and everything in between. At approximately 150g, it is nimble, well balanced, and easy to control in tight spaces.

Fitted with a beautifully finished ebony handle and a blonde ferrule, this knife brings understated elegance to your rotation. A smaller blade that still delivers big performance.
