Refund policy
At Blade & Board, we stand behind the quality of every item we offer. Our returns policy is designed to be fair, clear, and in line with our commitment to excellence in craftsmanship and service.
Returns for Unused Items
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, but we are happy to provide store credit for items returned in unused condition, in their original packaging, within 14 days of delivery.
To begin a return, please contact us at orders@bladeandboard.co.nz before sending anything back. Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued.
Customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees (these are non-refundable)
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used knives
- Gift cards
- Sale items
Please note: Sharpened knives are considered used and are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing fault is present.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty due to a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during shipping, please contact us at orders@bladeandboard.co.nz within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, and cover all associated shipping costs. Returned Products will be shipped to 15a Flaunty Place, West Harbour, Auckland, 0618, New Zealand.
