A beautifully made Gyuto with a clean, understated elegance and serious cutting power. This 210mm knife from Hado’s Shiosai line is crafted from SG2 stainless steel, offering top tier edge retention, high hardness, and excellent resistance to corrosion.

It is thin at the edge, sharp straight out of the box, and feels precise without being delicate. At around 160g, it sits comfortably in the hand and has just enough weight to feel stable during long prep sessions. The 48mm blade height provides generous knuckle clearance and makes it a solid all-rounder for both home cooks and professionals.
