The Sizzler solves a problem most bottle openers never think to fix: what happens after you open it. This handy tool doubles as a cap remover and a reseal for crown cap bottles, using an inner rubber seal to keep beer and soda fizzing rather than going flat overnight.

It's a familiar sight behind the bar in Japan, where it has quietly done the job in professional kitchens and izakaya for years. Nickel plated iron gives it weight and durability, while the compact 9.7cm frame slips easily into a drawer or apron pocket.

Fits standard crown cap bottles (26mm). Not suitable for plastic bottles, and best hand washed rather than run through the dishwasher.

A small tool with an obvious job, done well.
