Available in three sizes:

• Up to 170mm blade length – Ideal for petty knives, utility knives, and small Santoku.

• Up to 300mm blade length – Designed for larger Gyuto, Sujihiki, Kiritsuke, and other long-bladed knives.

Important Care Information

If you're using a carbon steel knife, we strongly recommend applying a light coat of food-safe camellia oil or food-grade mineral oil before placing it in the guard for extended storage. The felt lining can retain small amounts of moisture, particularly in humid environments, which may increase the risk of rust forming on reactive carbon steel blades.

Always ensure your knife is completely clean and dry before inserting it into the guard. For long-term storage, periodically inspect the blade and reapply oil as needed. Stainless steel knives do not require the same level of care but should also be clean and dry before storage.
