Collection: August Kikumori Release

New in for August, a proper drop from Sakai Kikumori, direct from Sakai, Japan.

This release includes a run of knives forged by Satoshi Nakagawa for Sakai Kikumori, alongside the workshop's own house pieces. You'll find the Seiun VG10 Damascus gyuto with saya, a Kasumi White #1 stainless clad gyuto, twin Ginsan sujihiki (270mm), deba in two sizes for anyone doing their own fish butchery, and a Nihonko honesuki for breaking down meat and poultry. We've also brought back the VG10 gyuto 210mm and petty 135mm, back in stock after selling out.
